Booking deposit
A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled move date.
The remaining 60% is due under Obiz’s existing payment policy, which Obiz will confirm with you. The deposit refund applies only to cancellations made at least 24 hours before the move date.
